THE OAK ROOM




The largest of the three facilities, our Oak room measures 13m x 7m and features sliding doors and windows on three sides of the room. Natural light fills this room and permits a view of the beautiful garden setting.

The large covered patio provides the perfect setting for tea breaks. With nothing to distract you, the conference room is the ideal place to conduct those important business meetings or training sessions.


The room can be arranged in different styles and accommodates up to 40 delegates:

  • Cinema: Maximum 40 delegates
  • U-Shape: Maximum 30 delegates
  • Classroom: Maximum 40 delegates
  • Boardroom: Maximum 24 delegates
  • Banquet: Maximum 30 delegates


THE FIR ROOM




The newest of the three facilities, our FIR room measures 9m x 4.5m. Natural light fills this north facing room and opens onto a lovely private courtyard.


The room can be arranged in different styles and accommodates up to 20 delegates:

  • Cinema: Maximum 20 delegates
  • U-Shape: Maximum 18 delegates
  • Classroom: Maximum 16 delegates
  • Boardroom: Maximum 16 delegates
  • Banquet: Maximum 15 delegates


THE JACARANDA ROOM




Our Jacaranda room is a small, intimate space that accommodates up to 12 people. You can use it as a breakaway space for brainstorming and strategy meetings and ideal for film production companies to use as an office. It includes a private lounge and dining room.

  • Standard conference equipment such as flipcharts
  • Morning tea and coffee with homemade muffins
  • Mid-morning tea break with sandwiches
  • Two-course lunch
  • Mid-afternoon tea break with biscuits

Half-Day Conference Package

Includes the following:

  • Conference venue with notepads and pens
  • Water jugs and sweets
  • Standard conference equipment such as flipcharts
  • Morning tea and coffee with homemade muffins
  • Mid-morning tea break with sandwiches
  • Two-course lunch (optional)
