Founded in 2000, GIBS Business school offers a range of programmes and short courses aimed and developing business and leadership skills. From a year-long MBA to a 2 day course on Strategic marketing, GIBS has something for every businessperson or entrepreneur.
The GIBS campus is situated in the Illovo Boulevard, between Rosebank and Sandton. Although the Rosebank Gautrain station is some distance away, there is a Gautrain bus stop nearby.

Whether you go by car or on foot, making your way from GIBS to Melrose Place Guest Lodge is straightforward and won’t take more than 15 minutes.
Here are step-by-step directions:
- As you leave GIB Business School, turn left into Melville Road.
- After travelling for about 600m, at the roundabout, turn left into Hurlingham Road.
- Keep going straight and after 72m, turn left again into Oxford Road.
- Stay on the right and use the right lane to turn onto Corlett Drive.
- At the first cross-street, turn right onto Atherstone Road.
- After 160m, turn right onto North Street and Melrose Place Guest Lodge will be on your left.
